Where's my order confirmation?
Please check your Junk Mail Folder. The Art Pot Online Store will send you automated order and shipping confirmations. If you think you might have made a typo on your email address, contact me as soon as possible at theartpotltd@gmail.com and I'll update your information manually.
What are the payment options?
In our Online Store, we accept PayPal payments and most Visa//Mastercard payments
What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact me at theartpotltd@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. - Please note that items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. I am not liable for the shipping cost of the returned package.
How long does my order take to arrive?
All UK orders are normally dispatched next working day, so should arrive within 1 - 3 working days (although I can not guarantee this as it may depend on the time of year and the Royal Mail).
All International orders are also normally dispatched next working day.
Orders to Europe are dispatched next working day and usually take about 3 -10 working days to arrive but this can not be guaranteed and may depend upon your postal system.
All other International orders are estimated to arrive within 3 - 28 working days.
